Wendy at Oak Leaf Insurance has been providing car insurance for all vehicles in my family for over 10 years. Her consistent care, responsiveness and enjoyable personality has always been very appreciated. Oh and the competitive rates!

In 1998, my father insured my parents’ home and cars through Oak Leaf Insurance Brokers. He was always pleased with their service, so he continued to use them for every new home and car purchase over the years. Sadly, my dad passed away six years ago, and I had to step in to help my mom adjust to her new life. When I first called Oak Leaf to update them, Wendy immediately knew who I was and offered the most sincere condolences. She treated me like family. Over the past six years, my mom has moved four times and needed new renters insurance for each place, and Wendy was always able to provide a new policy the same day. I’ve needed to make multiple billing changes, and Wendy has always been available to make updates right away. I also changed their homeowners policy to a landlord policy and later needed to update the names on the policy, also multiple times—again, Wendy was immediately there to help. She has shown genuine compassion toward my mom and incredible patience and understanding with me. She is professional, extremely detail-oriented, and truly knowledgeable about insurance. Most importantly, she is honest. I completely understand why my dad stayed with Oak Leaf for life, and I plan to do the same.
